15-Days Return & Exchange Policy

We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. We offer 15-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date (From the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first).

If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Cancelling Orders

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us in time within 24 hours after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, You can cancel your order before your items delivery. And we will refund full of you money. Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging, returned items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-refundable.
  • on sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers are non-refundable.

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:

If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

GENERAL RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Initiate a return/exchange: when you return or exchange the goods, please Email us at [email protected] and attach the receipt or proof of purchase. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return/exchange request.

Ship the item back: once your request is approved, an email with return/exchange address and instructions will be sent to you. We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because We will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.

If you haven’t received the refund within 3~5 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Please Note:

The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Customers who choose free shipping on their orders will have a $6 shipping fee deducted from their refund.
